How about when attacking someone when they are online (as opposed to offline) you scab or take a higher percentage of money from them
so people would have more of an incentive to attack people straight up instead of hiding until they are offline =P

also idk about that stealing aks when there are DUs haha seems kinda cheap

well the only limitations i would/could see feasable to the ak stealing from guys with DUs would be to limit the amount of guns to the DUs killed. other than that. online or off... you still should still get yo ass jacked the same amount. alterations to that bring on too many exploits and more troubles than what i feel its worth. but your AKs stealing idea has been duly noted

I like Kris' idea. it might piss some people off. but at the same time, that might influence some people to spend more money just to get back at them!

The only problem with this that seems pretty clear to me is you'd have to be online a hell of alot if you intended to do alot of damage, but if you're a more casual player then you don't really wanna suffer even more than you already would if you only logged in for say 5mins.

As it has already been pointed out, your gonna get smacked around if your online or offline, the only difference would be if you're online than you shouldn't get hurt as much cause you'd be around to defend yourself, so really I'd suggest the opposite of the original idea

If you attack someone who's online your attacks are less effective, and this makes being online pointless so people will spend less time on the game, so to me neither are good ideas

but that just seems like a douchebag idea to go the opposite. Then people arent hiding till someone else is offline to make their attacks! But if both sides are going to be tough then just leave it alone!

in order to change the game for something like that it would also require ading 2,3 different atack codes to the script which all in all wouldnt be too overly difficult as it would be a bitch for testing cuz you have to be online to test things. and its just more hassle than what its worth at the moment. bottom line is thats what your DUs are for to protect your OPs and HQ while your offline... cant change the variables for the fairness of attack strength, amount and types of guns DUs have, OPs... etc. its all on a playing field that should be a non changing constant. meaning online or off- there may be ways to give incentives or rewards.. but the true rewards to prevent exploitation are to actually be online more and play the game... guarenteed you do it right and the more you jack. the more rewards youll recieve when it comes to prize handouts.
